Refund & Cancellation Policy
Returns and Refund
Communication and Refunds:
- We will notify you if any part of your order is canceled or if additional information is needed.
- If we cannot process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated and will be resolved depending on the bank's resolution period.
- Your refund will be reflected in the source account within 5-7 working days. If you do not receive the refund after 7 days, please contact your bank.
Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders:
If a cancellation request is received within 1 hours after placing the order and the order is yet to be processed, we will proceed with the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation of Processed Orders:
Once an order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel it.
Discouragement of Post-Processing Cancellations:
We prioritize efficient order processing and discourage cancellations after order processing.
Charges for Cancellation/Returns (Partially Paid COD):
A fee of ₹120 is collected upfront as the shipping fee. This fee is non-refundable. Customers are eligible for a full refund of ₹120 only in cases of non-delivery caused by a delivery partner error.
